A source inside Acer UK has told HEXUS.channel that we can expect to see Acer desktops with AMD Phenom processors in a range of UK retailers, including Comet, within weeks.
The news follows the revelation that both Acer and its newly acquired subsidiary Gateway are already offering Phenom PCs through retail in the US.
Acer was unable to give any more details today but promised further clarification on Monday, so watch this space.
