Top of the apps
There are always plenty of charts detailing the most popular app-du-jour, but as Apple approaches the major landmark of 10bn apps downloaded from its App Store, it has compiled some revealing top 10s of its own.
The top 10 most popular free iPhone apps ever with Brits are perhaps relatively predictable with Facebook taking the top spot and eBay Mobile playing second fiddle, but Google Mobile App has come in third, according to a page in Apple's iTunes store.

While all the top 10 apps cost 59p each, the UK Train Times app was the priciest entry at £4.99 in the top 15.
