Twitter management tool TweetDeck has made it out of the beta woods and is now available via the Android Marketplace.

TweetDeck 1.0's user interface has been re-worked so users can now view and post to Twitter, Facebook, Foursquare and Buzz- not bad progress for a company that announced its first public beta in August and has since had 11 releases and crushed loads of bugs, supported by some 36,000 beta testers.

Updates from the various social networks can be viewed in blended Home and Me columns to minimize the need for users to jump between screens.

TweetDeck's blog said: "We've tried to innovate as much as possible to deliver a smooth, clean experience while offering more power than any other social mobile client."

In the future, the company said it wants the app to better support landscape mode and will add deeper Facebook integration and improved multiple account support.

"Additionally, we've started developing the new version of TweetDeck for iPhone and iPad. We're modeling the app on the Android version, doing everything from scratch and not holding anything back," it said.

The app released a report mere days ago that found its beta testers' phone of choice was the HTC Desire.

It also revealed that 57 percent of the testers used Android 2.2, 35 percent 2.1 Eclair, while just 9 percent battle with version 1.6, despite it still running on a number of popular handsets.
