Taming the beast

HEXUS.channel has managed to get hold of a couple of shots of a new BFG card, which we understand is a single PCB GeForce GTX 295 H2OC.

We wrote about the dual PCB water cooled BFG GTX 295 back in February and judging by some cards we spied at Computex, NVIDIA has begun doshing out the single PCB variant to its AIBs recently.

We don't have much more to give you right now, but hopefully the single PCB design will enable BFG to bring the beast of the graphics world to you for less than the price of two netbooks.

Nice to see it on a single PCB now, not so much copper needed.
I don't think “affordable” and “water-cooled GTX 295” can ever justifiably go into the same sentence..
Im always amazed to see a premium on these water block cards. Surely it actually less expensive to manufacture than a hunk of copper, giant fan and plastic mouldings?
