Intel's ongoing courtship of the SMB reseller community has reached another milestone with the announcement of an exclusive arrangement (for now, at least) with EntaTech to distribute Multi-Site Director (MSD), the remote system management software suite launched by Intel last April.
The hook for resellers it that this software allows them to offer additional services to their SMB customers - and services are where the decent margin is.
