Fast Growth IT Manufacturer Teams with Target to Launch New Windows CE Powered Mini-Notebook, Ultra-Portable PC in UK and Europe

Effective immediately, Target Components has been named 3K Computers' (3K's) exclusive distributor in the UK and Europe. The new agreement marks 3K's entrance into the UK and European marketplace.

On August 29, 3K will make its Windows CE powered 3K RazorBook 400 mini-notebook widely available to the IT channel through distributors Target Components and Ingram Micro. The value-priced Razorbook 400 mini-notebook is an exciting new addition to 3K's growing portfolio of high performance, ruggedized mobile computers built to meet military and industrial specifications.

Unlike competitive products, 3K's RazorBook 400, which sports a 7" screen, is equipped with Adobe Flash functionality and can play the majority of YouTube and MySpace videos, enabling users to take their social networking addiction on the road. The solid-state mini-notebook has built in WIFI and is fitted with three USB ports and an SD card slot. Available in three colours including black, red and pink, this innovative mobile machine is stylish and boasts superior functionality. Retail packaging will feature a handsome design and bilingual text in English and French.

"In the US and Canada, we partnered with Ingram Micro due to their sheer size and demand generation expertise within the North American market. We teamed with Target because of the distributor's proven track record and keen ability to help US-based IT companies establish strong footprints in the UK and European IT channels. Target demonstrated due diligence in pursuing its business relationship with 3K and we expect them to pursue the growth of our mutual business with similar tenacity," said Dan Jacobs, CEO, 3K Computers. "Demand for mobile technologies is at a record high around the globe, which makes it an ideal time for 3K to tap into the power of the IT channel and bring our innovative, high-performance IT product portfolio, not only to North America, but also the UK and Europe."

"3K's impressive history in the US and their innovative products are what first attracted us. The company's commitment to the channel and ability to deliver very high quality products at affordable prices is what our customer base of retailers, e-tailers and sub-distributors require," says Randall Pevin, Market Development Director, Target Components. "Adding 3K Computers to our

ever-expanding range of IT products will provide our business partners with the opportunity to take advantage of the booming mobile computing market here in the UK and Europe. We look forward to working with 3K as they continue developing innovative technologies that will result in a mutually prosperous relationship for years to come."
