Westcoast launches online Microsoft licensing tool

Licensing @ Westcoast is an automated tool designed to simplify selling Microsoft software licenses. It is being made available to all Westcoast’s resellers.

L@W, as Westcoast seems to like it referred to, will apparently give Westcoast’s resellers a faster and simpler route to selling Microsoft licensing to their customers. The fact that it’s automated reduces the chances of mistakes and missed opportunities.

Paul Harman, Westcoast’s Microsoft business manager, said: “Selling software licenses has always been seen as a complex affair. The L@W is a next generation intuitive Licensing tool offering resellers a quick and easy way to sell Microsoft licenses. Whether you are an Open Licensing novice or an expert, this unique Westcoast tool can work for you.”

Westcoast is a distributor for many of the UK’s largest IT vendors including HP, Samsung, Apple and Lenovo and was appointed as an authorised Microsoft distributor from January last year, covering OEM FPP and Open Licensing.
